8:40am - There's a meeting in the ladies room, be back real soon.  Just kidding, we are meeting downstairs in the hotel lobby getting ready for today's event at Chantilly Nissan. 

9:15am - Just arrived at Chantilly Nissan.  It is lightly raining, the ground is wet, and it is humid.  Could be worse.  We meet with our contacts and jointly decide on a layout and game plan for the day. 

11am - In full swing of set up.  The dealership is helpful and working with us.  This makes set up go nice and smooth.  I was not expecting the humidity.  I miss the weather back home.  I am realizing how spoiled we Southern Californian's are with our weather. 

2pm - The event kicks off on time.  We already have a decent amount of people at the get go.  Jeff Moody the Nissan Mid Atlantic Region Advertising Manager is on site and added some really cool Nissan Z jackets and numerous other items to the raffle. 

2:30pm - Paul with Modern Muscle Motorsports brought the dyno and has just started with his first one.  A Maroon mid eighty's Z.  The herd begins to mosey on over to the roar of the Nissan. 

3:30pm - My homeboy Mike Kim from Urban Racer just showed up.  Always refreshing to see a true Veterano.  One of my OG Carnales. 

4:00pm - The burgers and dogs are always a hit.  No one can refuse.  I see Super Shawn Money Maker Baker and Thai Greg working the grill and hustling dogs.  Making sure everyone gets one.  And some times two, or three. 

4:40pm - We really lucked out with the rain today.  It always looked like it was about to rain but it stayed away.  It was damp and the ground stayed wet all day but no down pour.  So the dyno was able to operate all day. 

5:20pm - Raffle is all done.  We gave away a couple Sparco Z bags, EA Need for Speed Undercover, hats, beanies, Glosser, Absorbers, plus the cool Nissan Z jackets from Jeff.

6pm - We are all done.  Now it is time to strike this thing and get on the road to Gaithersburg.  Today turned out to be a really good event.  There was a good crowd, with some real clean Z's.  The dyno ran all day.  We gave away cool prizes and free food.  Last but not least there were the 2 brand new Nissan 370 Z's for you to play with.  This only happens one time, right here today, nowhere else.  Don't miss out. 

10pm - The whole crew is on the prowl for food.  It is feeding time!  Edmond, King, Greg, Shawn, Amanda, and I are in the van searching for something open.  Nothing, nada, nope.  Edmond calls up Ray Lee and dude saved the night!  Fortune!  He says there is a Chinese spot that is bomb right across the street from our hotel? What? 

11pm - Mmmmhhh...
